Crazy Stories with Strange Endings

Diving deep into our imaginations we are writing some crazy stories with strange characters and even stranger endings. Each scholar came home with an outline for a story. I gave them cards that told them what their topic sentence, characters, plot, setting, resolution, and lesson are; it is up to them to tie all these disjointed things together. The outline is the frame for the story, their imaginations will build the details. This is a project that needs to be finished at home; as incentive I'm offering two tickets for this writing assignment.

We also learned all the different ways to say "walked". They need to include two of these words in their story.
Shuffled
Wobbled
Strutted
rambled
Tottered
Ambled
Staggered
flounced
Trudged
Reeled
Sauntered
shambled
Minced
Scuffed
Roamed
roved
Swaggered
Strolled
Plodded
Ranged
